A few notifications this week:

--> Chapter 4-6 was released to all members

--> Chapter 4-5 was publically released on TGStorytime and Scribblehub. Chapter 4 (as a single chapter) will go out to FM next week. Not a lot of traction on SH anymore: after the initial flurry of reviews, it's definitely died down and the only recent review was to tell me they didn't like the direction the story's gone (which is fair enough). There's a spike in views when I post, then it dies down almost immediately, which isn't surprising considering how quickly stuff gets pushed off the front page. It may just be that SH is an awkward fit--it's seems to be far more isekei and litrpg, anime- and manga-inspired stuff.

--> It's taken weeks, but I feel the writing habits are embedded back into my weekly routine. It's a difficult fit, because work is far more demanding than it was a few short months ago and finding any time to write is challenging. But I've returned to that stage where the writing has taken up permanent residence somewhere in my skull and is constantly ticking over in my thoughts. Still--it's frustrating, when back in June I was dashing out nearly a week's worth of writing in a single day. I've got these scenes I'm very much looking forward to getting on the page, and it's taking forever to get to them. Optimistically, I'm still hoping to finish off Constant by the end of 2024 but that won't happen without picking up the pace....
