I think the inspiration for this one may have been the lingerie Julia finds Cindy wearing on the night Tom comes back to hers. It is the culmination of her revenge, but part of her wants to send the men away and keep Cindy for herself. With artwork like this, I think we can see why:

From Constant 3, Chapter 5-4 and 5-5:

The instruction she sent earlier that day to join them had been clear and specific. Where and when, though she gave him a very specific freedom: pick your own outfit for the night, she wrote. Just make sure to wear something Tom would like.

All day her imagination kept turning back to that choice. What does a man transformed against his will into a girl choose to wear on a double date with their male best friend? What goes through his mind as he picks underwear—and here, she pictured the delicate pale panties and bra, garter belt and powder blue stockings she knew sat top in his second drawer—a favourite she’d bought for him, with all that pretty lace and those cute little bows—and were they chosen in the expectation that Tom would see them, later that night? And if not for Tom, then whom? Did he choose something so exquisitely feminine to reinforce those feelings within himself?

[and then later...]

I marvelled at my power over you and felt both excited and sick with it. Slowly, with my hands at your waist guiding you, I turned you and undid the buttons at your back. The pale dress slipped from your narrow frame and pooled at your feet.

“I made a little sound: oh, to see you in the very same lingerie I’d imagined. Powder blue bra and panties and garter belt, with delicate pink detailing. My hand trembled along the lines of your body. Every touch felt warm, and that warmth echoed elsewhere in my body: in my nipples, in my clit, deep in my belly. My grip on your shoulders tightened. You bit your lip and looked at me through half-lidded eyes.

“‘I wore it for you,’ you murmured.

“I wanted you, then, very badly.

“But—no. We were too far along.
