The game is NOT using/applying Xbox/Playstation or PC HDR Calibration app settings.

The game has a good HDR implementation as it offers different in-game HDR controls including a Peak HDR Luminance slider (which can go up to 3.000 nits).

Some adjustments are needed for Brightness/Contrast to look good tho.

First of all select HDR10 as HDR type:

If you have an LG OLED and:

> you're using Dynamic Tone Mapping or Dynamic Contrast:

  • Set HDR Peak Brightness slider to: 3.000 (nits; Max)

  • Set HDR Brightness for UI Elements slider to: 200 (nits)

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Peak Brightness slider slider to: 800 (nits) or 1.000 (for G2/C4) or 1.500 (for G3/G4)

  • Set HDR Brightness for UI Elements slider to: 200 (nits) or 276 (for G3/G4)

If you don't have an LG OLED and:

> you don't have an HGIG option:

  • Leave HDR Peak Brightness slider to: 1.000 (nits);

  • Set HDR Brightness for UI Elements slider to: 200 (nits)

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Peak Brightness slider to the corresponding real Peak HDR Luminance of your TV in "nits"

  • Set HDR Brightness for UI Elements slider to: 200 (nits)

In all cases, set Brightness and Contrast sliders to 17 to improve an otherwise too dim/dark default appearance.

Enjoy ;)

Ops, no, I just forgot to write that part: set it to 200 nits except for G3/G4 in HGIG (where you should set it to 276 nits) Article updated. Sorry ;)
