Hey y'all. I dunno why I felt like this moment needed to be documented, but buying the tickets for Stray Kids (and NCT 127) last week felt... important! I can't believe I am going to see them LIVE! I'm so, so, so excited.

I also bought NCT 127 pre-sale tickets on Thursday night - I didn't want to wait and I didn't want the anxiety. The amount of dumb shit I've committed to in my life simply because I was anxious at the time of making a decision and just rushed to have the process end... but then regretted my choice and was stuck with it. NCT is too important for that! haha.

I recorded myself doing the SKZ pre-sale and NCT general sale on Friday as well, just to see what the process is like and compare prices of tickets I would have gotten in that moment to the prices I actually paid. The quick rundown of what happened in those videos:

  • SKZ, I was surprised there weren't more people in the queue ahead of me. It went fast, though - less than 5 mins waiting in the queue, and I was on the ticket page about 5 mins as well.

  • When I bought NCT 127 the night before, my credit card declined twice for some reason (it's never done that with Ticketmaster before). So I'm glad I wasn't rushing during the actual sale on Friday.

  • Cuz in the 5 mins I was there (and would have needed to update my card), all the seats that were similar to the ones I bought were sold. There were other decent seats, but they wouldn't have been as close and still roughly the same price.

  • The setup of the stadium is different in Toronto - there aren't really seats like Section 3 at Wrigley. Toronto just has GA Pits, seated VIP, then 100 sections.

  • I'm surprised SKZ tickets aren't more expensive. I paid MORE for nosebleed at The Rose at a slightly larger venue in Toronto than the furthest tickets are for SKZ... but SKZ have had a huge year, haven't they? 😕

  • Tickets sold out pretty quickly after general sale opened, though, so that makes me happy!

  • NCT 127 wasn't as much of a rush. Tickets are still available for that show, I believe (it's a much bigger stadium, too).

  • I was a few minutes late joining the queue for general sale, had to sign in again & verify my account, and there were still only 7 people in the queue ahead of me.

  • Tickets in the exact section I'm in were maybe just $20-40 more expensive than what I paid. So I'm glad I just got the pre-sale tickets.

  • I'M GOING TO SEE SKZ & NCT 127!!! Two of my favourite boy groups!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Watch my Stray Kids & NCT 127 Deep Dive stream I did on Twitch last week, too! I was soooo happy watching their videos cuz I knew I'LL BE SEEING THEM LIVE! lol

congrats I was so nervous getting stray kids tickets to chicago, I froze picking seats lol prices seemed fair for the larger venue they have in chicago compared to last one, but I had to buy marked up tickets last minute for that one lol

Honestly, I'm still so surprised by the prices in Chicago - I did expect more. Did you get yours, though? It's gonna be so good!!! 😭
