 Here are your punishment choices for this weekend's SummerSlam PPV.

Tom and Ross will compete for the Cultaholic Heavyweight Title in a predictions contest with the loser having to perform one of the following punishments:

100 Balloon Pop - Loser has 100 balloons popped in his face.

Cake Escape - Loser is locked in a room and can't leave until he's found the key hidden in one (or many) cakes. He must eat the key out of the cake(s). Live streamed.
