Reminder that the rewards are on Discord! (Patreon)

Figured I'd do another reminder that, if you want the rewards, they're all on Discord.

You need to connect a Discord account to your Patreon account, via Patreon's Settings -> Apps -> Discord tab.

Once connected, you SHOULD receive an invite to the server. If not, you can join it for free at https://discord.gg/wCWFYYp.

If all is done correctly, the Patreon BOT should automatically give you your role. If not, please contact me directly via DMs and I'll get it all sorted out.
