I was waiting for this episode since I know you were probably going to have fun with this. It was nice to see Batgirl and Supergirl have their own team up and crossover, similar to when Superman and Batman teamed up. It reminds me that in the comics, both Batgirl and Supergirl are the main protectors on an alternate earth (Earth 1098 specifically) as Clark is dead and Bruce isn't Batman. I don't blame you for getting mad at Livewire for not going along with Harley and Ivy but I do like that she reminds you that she's a villain and one that won't really be a team player to others. But only 4 more episodes left of this series. As for wanting to watch a DC movie for Halloween, I know you mentioned on discord wanting to do a rewatch of Matt Reeves' The Batman and I wouldn't mind that at all since it does take place during Halloween and I don't think you and Caleb have seen the deleted scene with Joker (but you'd have to look on Youtube for that scene). Another movie I'd recommend is the Elseworlds movie, Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham. I've only seen parts of it but it definitely gives off horror and scary vibes that would be perfect for Halloween. And you can watch that movie blind without having to know certain things beforehand since it's a standalone movie. But thanks so much for this reaction. At this pace I can see you finishing the series before this year ends and I'm so excited to what you think at the end! Also I hope you and Caleb watch The Penguin eventually. It's a pretty awesome show from what I've seen so far

HEY MEG!!! I just knew you was gonna love THIS episode!🤣 The girl heroes side and girl villains side both having a girls night out! Also yes Livewire really WAS being bitchy rude with Harley & Ivy at times🙄 but still had her funny moments though😂

Haven’t seen the reaction yet but I know it’s gonna be great! Awesome to see another crossover between BTAS & STAS especially seeing Batgirl & Supergirl working together. You’re almost there. I’m curious if you’ll react to the last 4 or going straight into Mad Love. Also since HeroesKey brought potential DC films for Halloween, The Batman (2022) & The Doom that came to Gotham are good ones. I do also have a recommendation that I mention on discord and it’s an animated film called “Batman vs Dracula.” Basically as the title suggests, Batman fights Dracula and vampires. It is set in the continuity of the 2004 animated show called The Batman but you could still view it as a standalone story without having watched the series. ^^

Like the floating candles :) Interesting lower-profile crossover between BTAS and STAS. More reasons why Livewire isn't well-liked. It honestly feels like the team of Harley and Ivy might have fared better without her. But then that's standard fare for a lot of villains, being too egotistical or power-crazed to play well with others. Barbara and Kara gel together wonderfully though, much faster than Bruce and Clark did. I have heard good things about the Harley Quinn series but I stopped watching it after S1. It felt like something Mad Magazine would produce if they were still running, devoted entirely to taking the piss out of the DCAU. At least watch the Justice League animated series before you watch its' parody.

It always upset me, even when I watched as a kid, how live wire treats Harley in this episode. I knew you’d get it. I’m telling you, you gotta watch the Harley Quinn animated series. It’s not in continuity with this animated series so there won’t be any spoilers for justice league or Batman beyond. It’ll give you everything you ever wanted for both Harley and Ivy as a pair but also for each character individually.
