Meg's first time watching Gladiator, and Caleb's first in 15 years!

Also the first few seconds of this didn't record audio, so that's why it starts kind of abruptly.

Gladiator leaves Netflix on Dec 31st, so definitely give it a watch with us if you haven't seen it in a bit! :')

awesome reaction! definitely one of my personal favorite movies. the journey of maximus and the meaning behind it is so powerful and has different layers, eve with his journey being what it is there is still the larger theme of rome and the idea of its existence and its impact on history being told in the background. his friends name was Juba btw, they mention it very quickly so its easy to miss. also, part of why i love your guys' reactions is because you are genuine and always have a good time experiencing something. one of the things i love about the meg and caleb chaos btw: movie: emotional moment meg and caleb: HAHAHAHA love it so much because you guys laugh at the smallest details most dont notice, some may get mad at that but its part of why you guys are great at this! thanks for sharing this experience with us! of course amazing acting all around in this, especially pheonix! what a stud of an actor. crows performance and ability to show emotions with his eyes, that scene where he gets home to find his wife and son will always get me teary, so sad. thanks again guys! glad you liked it! also if i can make a reccomendation! "Troy" is such a good movie and well worth the time, would be interesting to get your reaction to that! i believe its still on netflix, if you havent seen it, i cant reccomend it enough! take care till next time! :)

Have y’all ever seen fight club or blade runner 2049?

We saw 2049 when it first came out in theaters and loved it! We’ve both seen fight club, I believe, but I’m trying to get her to watch something kinda similar at some point…The Prestige 👀 - Caleb

Thank you Tony!!! Joaquin is so good. It’s incredible the variety of roles he can play without resorting to extremes like a lot of method actors. Not saying there’s anything inherently wrong with method acting, but he’s able to separate his work from his life and still being great depth to characters. I feel like this is one of those movies you can help but appreciate more and more each time you watch it - Caleb
