I like Bullock. He can be lazy and rude, but he is a good cop and he figured out Joker's hiding place faster then Batman. Joker is such a jolly maniac, as usual, haha.

This was always one of my favorite episodes! Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Arleen Sorkin really knock this one out of the park. And the animation, music, and writing are A+++. Just such a good episode all around This one is actually based on a couple of Joker stories from the 70s: The Laughing Fish by Steve Englehart and Marshall Rogers and Joker’s 5 way Revenge by Dennis O’Neil and Neal Adams (the runs of both those teams are amazing and I think heavily influenced the animated series)
