June Patreon Update (Patreon)

Welcome to June! I've got a bit to share with you guys today.

May Recap

Once again personal issues rose up and work was severely stunted last month. I've been taking steps to try and remove these issues once and for all so it isn't going to interfere anymore. Development on that will continue into the next month or so.

June Plans

I've been pretty stuck on a lot of my projects so the Chuki guide and any other personal work is on hold until all of my obligations are fulfilled. I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone.

Patreon Future

At some point soon when my boyfriend Dizz gets work I won't need to rely on Patreon income anymore, so after that point I will be reworking my Patreon to be a support-only platform.

Support-only means the rewards will be passive rather than active so I can focus on a lot of the work I want to do and develop my skills. I expect this will drop my income significantly and that's ok. I don't want more money than I deserve.

Here are some things to expect:

Gold and Platinum tiers will be merged; streams discontinued.

I'm at a point where doing these streams have become so draining and I struggle to function when it comes to any work I actually want to do due to anticipating all of the required work I need to do to live. This includes the patron streams. When these tiers are merged the tier will be meant only for those who want to support the most if they want. I do not expect this tier to be full of many users.

Icons will be discontinued.

Evidently as it were, I've not done icons much and they are a massive time sink for me. It's very difficult to keep up with and discipline myself to do them with all of the other big projects I have on the go. Simply put it's just not working out for me. I am going to follow through on the current icon set that I've announced, and there likely won't be more after that.

Legacy Rewards

Patrons will be rewarded for lifetime pledge total based on lifetime tiers I'll be coming up with. These rewards may include icons, sketches, full pieces, some other rewards perhaps. I could even include prints, etc. into the reward if they're desired. This has yet to be decided on. If there are any suggestions let me know.

The time these changes will be made is TBD. Once it happens I will be going into support-only mode so I can focus on my skill building and personal projects such as the chuki guide that outwardly involve the community. I want to thank everyone for being here with me and making this all possible. The constant upkeep with patron rewards has been draining for me and in all honesty is something I'm only doing because it's what I need to do to live. I'm not interested in making a ton of money. I only want as much as I need.
