Declined Payments (Patreon)

Just as a side note, if anybody has their payment declined and doesn't actually message me with a reason, they'll be immediately removed from the patron list. After seeing a declined payment, I will wait a day before removing them, and if I still don't get a reason why then I'll be putting together a blacklist to prevent people from fake pledging to get rewards for nothing.
