Happy New Year everyone!! I'm gonna miss Frieren Fridays :( But before that... So when I was a kid, I used to have a hobby of writing mostly funny rap lyrics and parodies. But for LM's final S1 Frieren episode, I thought I'd try writing something a bit different. I don't really make YT videos (4th one in 14 years lol), but this was pretty fun. don't be sad it's over, be happy the journey is really just beginning <3 I had never heard of it before I watched the show last year, and I'm so glad I did. It's also one of my favorites now, and I can't wait for what the rest of the series has in store. also, it doesn't qualify for the replacement show here, but I am going to start campaigning for Fruits Basket (2019) to get on here sometime. So many things you loved in this show - exploration of themes, emotion, relationships, great female characters, having tragic elements but ultimately being hopeful- are all things that Fruits Basket brings to the table. <3

Yeah, Fruits Basket is one of my favourites! I'd campaign for 'March Comes Like a Lion' but wouldn't mind Fruits Basket. There are some aspects that didn't age well and I'm sure girls would have some gripes with them but overall in a bigger picture they are minor. They would overlook those like in Violet Evergarden.
