The plot thickens in this one with the Doctors and Gabriel! Using Lydia for her scream, I hate to see her in a vulnerable spot - you could see Stiles was also uncomfy about this. Theo better leave Malia alone! Not a fan of seeing them together. Scott and Kira are tested and you can see how much they care for one another. Also, I miss Derek.

Slightly late to the game, but for reasons which I will speak to in a minute. There were times I was a bit unsure of what was going on, but it was still fun and engrossing. Speaking of gross, this is also, at least to me, the season where we've seen some of the most EWWWWW! scenes in the series. I think we all love it though, let's be honest. I never warmed up to the "ship" term over the years, but I then found myself trying to come up with a ship name for Stiles and Lydia and thought "Stilydia" was perfect. However, after further thought, that is a little/way too close to "Chlamydia". My drawing board budget is dwindling. Love the Dread Doctors/Eichen House/Valack stuff, as it's all coming together. It gives "final arc in the season" vibes, but it's ep 5 ffs. I'm so looking forward to the next episode. "What about the wrench? Sorry, the spanner." Called it! Dak's a Yank. I'm sensing the South or the Southwest, what with all the hot weather you/we seem to get. Florida perhaps? Nice to know ya neighbor.😆 Thanks Dak! ___ To give context to the first sentence of my comment, and please feel free to skip this as it's just catharsis for me: I drove to Ohio on Friday the 8th for a surprise baby shower. On Saturday I received a message from my friend Artur in Poland asking if I was okay as he had just heard about a tornado in my area. I immediately got anxious about my friends and neighbors (and my own home and belongings, of course). There is an area of the US that is called "Tornado Alley" and Tennessee is in the middle of it. Luckily my small city, Goodlettsville, was not hit (but it has been several times before), but the cities right along our path, Madison, Hendersonville, and Gallatin, were hit hard and lives were lost, as well as homes, businesses, and dreams. Let's put it this way: I worked in Madison for many years; Hendersonville is minutes away and I'm there all the time; I used to work in Gallatin and we just bought a new Subaru Outback in Gallatin two weeks ago. There are also other cities that we consider neighbors, as we all do in the South, that suffered to some extent, however great or small. Clarksville, where I spent time at Tennova Healthcare in November of 2021, was hit the hardest. Speaking of neighbors, our next door neighbors called us as we were worriedly driving home and said that the house was fine, as they had walked all around it looking for damage. That eased our minds greatly. I guess my point is that despite our differences over whatever the current thing is, we should always run to help each other in times of need and sorrow. And I have one tiny niece and now another on the way. ❤️❤️

It took me some time but I am finally caught up.😀 Yes, when Stiles said "all of this is our fault", he was talking about the Nemeton. In my opinion, Stiles thought that the consequences of their actions (wakening the nemeton back in season 3A) started to vanish and he realizes now with the Dread Doctors, that it's far from it. That's what I like with the Nemeton. It explains why a lot of creatures come to Beacon Hills and why bad guys are interested in people in this town. It's not random, it ties everything up. 😊
