For me when it comes to tipping its voluntary. You shouldn't need tips to get a full pay. But if I thought the meal was good and want to pay little extra it should either go to whobserved me or split evenly between everyone

Ok here is even more follow up information as a lot happen after the follow up episode. In 2018 Samy got deported as he failed to disclosed that he served time for extortion and drug charges. In 2022 Amy has posted publicly online that she filed for divorce (big shocker). The restaurant itself is closed down and the building is now a Art Studio.

Tourette's is both a physical and mental disability and is also so rare it only affects less than 1% of the world's population, also while yes one of the symptoms is to swear involuntarily it is a very rare symptom that occurs in 1 of 10 cases.

In the United States, tips are considered property of the wait staff, it is illegal for owners to take or withhold any portion of those tips for any reason, such as punishments. Implementing a tip pool that includes kitchen staff and bussers is allowed, but it is still illegal for managers and owners to take part in the tip pool.

You know, I went to a local Indian restaurant last week. I'd never had Indian food and I thought I'd try it.
