Alternative idea, since I just realized my idea might not fit within your rules: Two college roommates in the same frat, one is a loner who is terrible with girls, the other is a jock and ladies man. One day the ladies man decides he’s gonna help his buddy out and takes a gender swap pill to turn into a hot and petite girl version of himself, to give his roommate a quick tutorial on what girls like and how to seduce them and please them in bed.

A fashion witch visits her best friend from childhood days, with her friend's boyfriend and boyfriend's sister also attending, and the two delve into memories of their childhood, especially with the witch turning the friend into clothes from time to time. The boyfriend's sister is fascinated by this and wants to see the fashion magic in action, so the witch offers mischievously to turn them into clothing for a short demonstration. The boyfriend's sister immediately agrees, and the girlfriend is also amused, though the boyfriend is hesitant. So the two talk him into it. The sister opts to become a club dress, the girlfriend wants pantyhose and the witch proposes high heels for the boyfriend since she loves stepping on men. Sonshe turnscall of them into clothing, puts them on, admires herself in a mirror and then tells them that she'll turn them back - but first she has to go clubbing, it would be a waste not to show off this outfit after all... And the three transformees are forced to go along ofc, with the sister being excited and the boyfriend being apprehensive, even though he likes being shoes.
