Parade Balloon Tifa (with clothes) (Patreon)

This is a one-off concept peice I wanted to do. However, It could become a future comic if people want to see Tifa being inflated for a parade like this?

I wanted to try and do a Tifa that was inflated huge and puffed up, but still retained her human shape, rather than inflating into a sphere shape.
