tl;dr: I imagine her as a part of a remote village of amazon women in the middle the rainforest who engage in ritualistic orgies with travelers because the weird fruit they eat only allows women to be born there. Probably like a Wickerman thing going on where one goes out and draws  people in like a trap. Except you don't die, you're just up for 14 hours straight fucking every single woman in the village multiple times and then they send you on your way. And still only one or two out of 50 get pregnant. That's just the toll of the berry.
