Enabling charge up front (Patreon)

Just a little announcement, as of right now I'm enabling charge up front. For current patrons, nothing changes so don't worry. I'm doing this because in the last week I've had over 5 people pledge and unpledge within minutes, sampling patreon exclusive content for no charge. This way this can't happen anymore.
