Great reaction! It's gonna be even more torture waiting for you to upload these than it's been waiting for Hill House lol Your first instinct of each character is pretty spot on. Loving your commentary! I'll try and answer some of your questions. I see someone already explained how Jon is a bastard, so I'll skip that one. Ed isn't the King of the North. He's considered the Warden of the North, on the king's behalf. The eyes painted on rocks that John Arryn had are meant to symbolize opening your eyes into the next life. Definitely creepy, but similar to how the Greeks would place coins on the dead's eyes or mouth so they'd have payment to cross into the afterlife. On a funny note, I recently watched a reaction of Shrek and they mentioned how Jaime and Prince Charming are twins 🤣🤣🤣 The Eyrie is another region in the GOT world. It's where Catelyn Stark is from. So she's basically just wondering why her sister is back at the family home instead of in the capital city, where the King lives. If it makes you feel any better, Jason Mamoa was Emilia Clarke's biggest advocate during filming. He wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible, even making sure she had a robe in between takes 💛 And don't sell yourself short. You're picking up on everything really well. There's a lot of people, so it can definitely get confusing. Like another commenter mentioned, subtitles help you assign names to everyone. I would even search for a spoiler free family tree, since you won't be binge watching and may forget in between episodes. Can't wait for episode 2!!!

I think “bastard” refers to child out of wedlock! So since Ned Stark is married and had a child with someone that’s not his wife , that child of his is a bastard
