This   spoon was forged by master craftsmen who specialized in enchanted   spoons. This spoon is one of a kind in   a set that has been scattered across the lands by treasure hunters and   collectors. 

This   spoon was forged from the hide of a green dragon. The spoon was enhanced to   grant whoever eats from it the ability of Poison Breath once per day. The   user can exhale a 30-foot cone of poison gas (DC 18 Con for 16d6 poison   damage on failed save or half on a successful one.) The gas will linger and   is capable of being blown back at the user. Use with caution for this spoon   was deemed too dangerous, this spoon was one of the first to ‘disappear’ from   the collection.
