Goblin family, the Rocketwell house, got in contact with a crazy new material that turns your skin rubbery and shinny. They weren't really a fan of the black latex look so they improvised. (Paint...) Almost looks like their normal selves. You won't even know something was up till you gave them a squeeze. That and the extra ass padding and dick size.
