as the previous polls have amassed a number of choices and are in need to catch up, new polls will be temporarily stopped until the pace gets on a more consistent level; this has been proposed and discussed lately and it seems it's the sensible choice

so for now, the plan is YCH/crit will remain, but the new monthly polls will be paused; the tiers have been edited in the description accordingly
