You've substituted the Lingerie subtheme with things like Bikini, Towel, Topless, etc., but have you considered a "Torn" or "Shredded" category? It's basically battle damage with the clothes destroyed enough to expose the goods. Lara for example is always getting into trouble in these expeditions and it would make sense that her clothes get damaged to expose her. Samus from yesterday also makes a good example, the internet is filled with NSFW artwork of her with her Zero suit damaged and ripped open.

Glad you like the idea, I was gonna suggest calling this subtheme "Ripped" but then I remembered you already applied this title to another concept.
