Should I watch these recaps or continue with the juice of Enies Lobby? They look like flashback recaps of how they met luffy.

Skip the only good thing is straw hat theater in-between ep 279-283 after the recap

Skip the episodes but watch the clips at the end of the episodes

Absolutely skippable aside from the Straw Hat Theatre at the end. And even those are just for the humor and can be skipped too if you want.
