This is a little late because it fought me just a little. Between not being entirely sure what to do with Siegfried here and some scheduling conflicts with the editing team, this is coming out a later than I wanted it to.

What deeds exactly did Siegfried accomplish aside from defeating Fafnir and almost winning against than almost losing against Dietrich von Bern?

The way his backstory is hinted at in Fate, at least, he was basically an errand boy for the people. Kinda like the Dragonborn from Skyrim or Link from LoZ. Whenever someone needed something done, whether it was a fetch quest, monster extermination, or a dungeon cleared, Siegfried never said no.
