Here it is, the conclusion. I get that not everyone was super happy about the guy in the second half of last chapter and won't be with him in this chapter, but the real payoff is supposed to be in the second half of this chapter, and I hope that makes up for any misgivings you might have had.

Of course, I doubt anyone is truly surprised by the "surprise guest" at the end, and I think I did a pretty good job of foreshadowing it, but...surprise? This is the biggest batch of development Aife's gotten in the story, and while not everyone has been a big fan of her, I hope you all at least enjoyed this showing.

Next chapter, back to another tragic young woman's trauma. Geez, the team just can't catch a break, can they?

EDIT: Moving down.

Pretty epic conclusion to this. Cu is gonna have to face up to some uncomfortable truths when he appears. Now, that said, I understand you’re doing this to flesh out a character that hasn’t appeared in Fate, but I’m kinda hoping for dream quests for other heroes too, Aife is awesome but it increasingly feels like she’s stealing the spotlight.

This isn't the end of her presence in the story, but this is the conclusion of her main subplot. She'll get some more character moments going forward, but this was her big feature. Frankly, I think I would have liked to space it out some more, but this establishes some other things that will be happening after Okeanos, because they have to happen before London. Otherwise, I would have put this one there instead.

If Aife remembers that Grail War, then wouldn’t she also recognize EMIYA? Not to mention the possibility of him remembering HER
