"That is excessively long!" That's what she said! I looked it up since you asked and HIPPA laws weren't passed until 1996, which was WILD to learn. Seems like something that would have been a thing so much earlier. I'd forgotten how intense some of these episodes were! The show really does do well raising the stakes with each season. Also, the Mind Flayer and the monster that's being created are 2 diferent things. The monster, dubbed the Meat Flayer by fans, is a big physical form the Mind Flayer can use since the Demodogs are all gone.

The Russian "Arnold Schwarzenegger" as Mayor Kline called him is just a really strong dude. Hence, Kline calling him that as he looks a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Haha, I love a Michael Scott reference! Wow, thanks for looking up the HIPPA laws. I didn't realize the Mind Flayer and the Meat Flayer were two different things. Yikes!
