Why is Marilyn so skinny? She spends much of her time running around in a heavy armoured suit that is not powered but is instead motivated by her own neurologically boosted muscles. She should get such an intense workout from that that she should be better built than Heather. I know she spends much of her time sitting in a wheelchair but that's only for her secret identity. I spend most of my time in an easy chair but am still built because I workout three times a week.

Marilyn has ALS, so her musculature is deteriorating. The suit is a neural stimulation and support exosuit, so it's mostly the suit doing all the heavy lifting. That's why she's wearing her maid headset right now. Without it, she's nearly expressionless because of the lack of muscle control.
