Thanks for reacting to this Ross and i'm glad that you liked it. It was this song that they did a short dance collab with Dreamcatcher (JiU and Siyeon, also OOTD). Yes you reacted to, well basicaly, 2 songs from them during your juli stream. Like Dreamcatcher Sakurazaka46 rebranded a few years into their existence (formerly they were Keyakizaka46). Currently they have 27 members, in this song 16 of them performed, but two of these already left the group since then. With these large J-Pop-Groups the generation system works a bit different than in k-pop. In one single group there are several generations. Most of the idols leave their groups after around 5-7 years to pursue other careers. But every few years a new generation will come in to replace those members that have left. Sakurazaka46 is in it's thrid generation now and a casting for the 4th generation is underway. There are only very few songs were each of the members participates. So between each song there is a mix of all of the members and very different unit sizes. On the juli stream you reacted to one of the biggest hits of their Keyakizaka46-era and the latest song just by the third generation. This one has someone of each generation.

What amazes me is that usually the "46/48" groups (at least the ones I know) don't have so many electronic/trap sounds... this is very interesting. I love the aesthetic of that. I may plan a request for another "48" group which has a different sound.
