I have been looking for an updated guide that covers all the new stuff to request for you to watch, but there is nothing that isn't outdated after the last round of big changes. I might just write the groups concept out myself, and suggest personality videos for member introductions at this rate.

NCT stans, please forgive me if commenting on a different unit is bad manners, but I wanted to mention NCT U’s ‘The Seventh Sense.’ After Shinee’s Replay it’s my favorite debut of all time, even though the two couldn’t be more different. The song and mv for Seventh Sense have such a unique and chill vibe.

It’s not bad manners because NCT is all one group, the only mean thing is when people try to put one unit down instead of praising their fav, because they are all NCT in the end, and 7th sense was the start of it all. It was an iconic debut that NCTzens are totally proud of. (Not quite as Iconic as Replay tho, that’s the kind of legend that can only be created at the beginning of a genre.)

I like to call NCT little brothers of EXO for various reasons. One thing I really like about them is their reversal in a song. NCT do rap with vocals in between. They are awesome! Chen was asked if he had to pick anyone out of SM to support, he said it was Taeil. Taeil has a strong voice like his. Not as great but very nice. I like to compare Haechan and Baekhyun because they have such a distinctive sound you can recognize them anywhere. Then, I choose Doyoung and Kai to be comparable because they can hit good notes, have a softer projection and personally I feel they are better as supporting vocalists. This does NOT mean I consider them subvocalists. I would pair D.O. with Jaehyun for real nice tones but Jaehyun isn't good at scale runs. I can't put Mark with anyone in EXO. He's just a d@mn great rapper.. and that guy can dance with some serious swag. Taeyong I'd put with Chanyeol AND Sehun. I can't match them all up, but I believe these members are such good representations of their seniors in EXO. Plus, NCT (especially Haechan-- who LOVES Baekhyun, Taeyong who also loves Baekhyun -- and plays games with him, and Mark who seems to pretty much love them all) are massive EXO-Ls. I don't know enough about them, only what I've watched of NCT music videos and their interactions. Such as NCT and EXO going to each others concerts and other fun interactions that I haven't seen between any other groups. I’m glad I wasn’t out of line, but sad that the dynamic you describe exists. I’m an EXO-L and the sometimes aggressive single stanning I see on twitter baffles me. Can’t we just enjoy good music and performances, hype everyone’s accomplishments, and have a giggle at their antics? I’m too old for the infighting nonsense.

I don't know how anyone who likes EXO or NCT can get upset about it. They love each other so much, both groups would probably be sad if they found out.

This new album is so fresh, complex, and diverse (just like NCT always is!) These guys should be so proud! I’m in love with the song “Misty” from this new album and I KNOW you’d love it! It’s one of those songs that makes you cry because it’s so damn beautiful! Maybe an album listen would be fun someday.
