You can find Uprising on Spotify on the EXOLOGY CHAPTER 1: THE LOST PLANET (live) album! Chen along with D.O. and Baekhyun are known as the Holy Trinity of K-POP. You should listen to his Japanese album POLARIS, it is amazing!

You can download the song "Uprising". It is not a full length song. I have it on my playlist. There is a video of Chen singing while a bit drunk and hitting every note precisely and beautifully. (Of course) It's been recorded that Chen only spoke out of anger one time and afterward he returned, apologized and assured the members it wouldn't happen again. This year there was an account of a school girl on her way home and other girls had come and started bullying her. Chen happened to be outside and sent the girls away and waited with her until someone (I think it was the girls mother) came to pick her up. He now has two daughters and lives a very low profile life as he always has. I'll stop, so others can add more information and other anecdotes about him. One of my favorite songs by him is "My Dear". It's one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. The melody along with his vocals, well, nothing more needs to be said. Thank you for learning more about EXO, we're so very proud of them all.

Baekhyun is my ULT Bias, but I have to give it up to Chen as having the best voice in K-pop, Baekhyun close 2nd :) . I've said it before, but even though I don't speak Korean, I don't have to know the words to completely understand what he is singing and to feel what he is singing. Amazing Talent. Such an incredible talent and wonderful human being. There’s nothing you could possibly dislike about Kim Jongdae (unless you’re a delulu ‘fan’). Oh hang on. He can’t gain weight 😂 I highly recommend his solo performance of Lights Out, for which he is the lyricist. It’s stunning. There are Japan and Seoul versions. I prefer the former but they’re both Chen so you can’t lose.

I saw the live performance before I heard all of their voices on the studio version. It's a beautiful melody and of course the lyrics are so precious.
