Well your wish came true Ross! I checked out Toumin after hearing it and enjoyed it greatly! Sayonara Hitori was indeed lower than I thought it would be on your list, but still a great song of course. I agree Yuqi's Giant MV is so breathtaking without taking away from how good the song is too. I kinda want to make my own list, but I am not sure how I would do that since I have heard the vast majority of songs before 2023..... before 2023, so my list would mainly be from songs from this year. I guess that could be fun in its own way or I could do songs that you have reacted to as well with the same rules and everything.

Thanks dude! It, EASILY, is the longest I've taken to edit a video so far! Great learning experience. This is the only video I've made this year I've actually watched back, just to see how I can improve the presentation for #40-#31 for this weekend :)

Oh I got your struggles with talent vs song thing! One thing baffled me when I first started to deep dive into KPop is that what makes me stan a group is actually the talent and not necessarily the songs or genre that I often love. I have kpop artists that songs were more suitable to my preference but somehow I can't say that I stan them. Kpop has wired my brain differently! lol. So this is a really good idea, because I really want to check some good songs from groups I normally didn't pay attention to. Thank you for your struggle! lol. Can't wait for the rest of the countdown!

Yuqi's Giant, Moonbyul's Eclipse, Sunmi's Pporappippam, Babymetal's Megitsune, Purple Kiss' Can we talk again... i'm so happy those songs made it to this list, they are really amazing to me, probably would be in my top from this whole year of reactions too. On the other songs, I'm definitely interested to check out Taemin, I don't know him yet and I think I will like him a lot.

I love checking out these sorts of lists because I almost always discover new music! And I especially love it when the creator of the list puts in the effort (and I know it is a lot of effort, thank you!) to explain and give context for why they chose a certain song. It's so interesting to hear a different perspective, especially on a song I don't particularly care for, beyond simply "I like it, it's a good song!" Because you wanted to know: I'll be checking out Secret Number, Yorushika, Taemin, Yuqi, Purple Kiss, Red Velvet, and Sunmi. For most of those artists, I'd heard a song or an album previously, but had not checked out their entire discography and so had missed the particular song you selected. I would mean to go back and listen to the rest of their music, but... life has a way of happening. Because of this, I have started a review playlist where I add all of their music and listen through it all that way, moving the songs to a "permanent" playlist if I like them. I'd gotten that playlist down to about 300 songs. Thanks to this first installment of your list, my Review playlist is now at 436 songs. Thanks so much!
