Unique is a good word for Atarashii Gakko. A lot of their songs, particularly the earlier ones are a mix of rock and jazz kind of like this one (which is a lot more recent so they still do songs in that style). They have been around since 2015. I have only followed them the last 2 or 3 years. 2023 was a really big year for them though and they started getting a lot more recognition (well deserved). They have a fairly diverse discography though and a fair amount of songs that have more hip hop elements (I think, I am bad at identifying genres). Lots of fun stuff. There is actually an official MV for this song as well but I wanted to pick the choreography version since it is a big part of the group. Glad you enjoyed it.

agp3k you're a hero ! Atarashii Gakko's songs are all unique in their own way, MVs too. I love them, they are one of my favorite japanese artists. Always that throwback rock jazz sound, even their outfits and style are reminiscent of 80's japanese schoolgirls. Their creed is “Kosei ya Jiyuu de” which means “with Individuality and Freedom”. They always have that free style of dancing, very organic and unique. To me, they are at the top with Kishidan on that thowback music.
