A little different, but Blue Lock is a soccer anime that is super intense. Just found out season two drops in October. I wasn’t a fan of sports anime’s until I watched it. Really well done. Also, Fire Force is my all time favorite anime. Great fight scenes and badass powers, also found out they just announce the third and final season drops in 2025. Recommend at least looking into the trailers in your spare time. Seeing what you guys think. Keep it up! Love seeing the reactions.

LMAO Brig described the cuts perfectly. I never noticed how ABRUPT they were before. It doesn't give any time for the new information to settle in. It's the complete opposite of Naruto pacing. 1 full battle in CG = 1 flashback in naruto And Cannon's guilty pleasure admittance is honestly so interesting. As the show progresses, I need to know then which potential couple/ship he likes more or even secretly roots for.

I can already imagine their wierd faces in response to what rudeus thinks 😂 oshi no ko is more tame, they should start off slow before getting to the freaky shi

i think a viable option for this show would be to just pause and talk a little and/or rewind. its a lot more chill to pause for a sec and talk about your thoughts instead of talking over the show and risking to miss something. should help with keeping up as that seems to be a worry

Pacing is hands down the biggest flaw of the show. I don't know why they opted for this speed, it takes away from the intensity and emotions. But then again the fast pace makes it kinda comfy and very rewatchable too, so I'm ok with it.

I really love your discussions at the end of your reactions! Code Geass trusts that the viewers will be able to figure out the details, it’s not spoon feeding information, it kind of assumes that the viewers are smart enough to understand where things are headed, which sometimes makes me rewatch it more but i really appreciate their way of storytelling

I’m also with Cannon when he said he likes the “romance” parts of this show, it’s really good! This show is not just purely Shonen, it has a lot of heart, even romantically, and as Cannon says, this show does it so well, and even more in the later parts of this show!!!!
