Scinaps

Aragorn the Rizzler and Gandalf the juicy finally return 🙌

Brig Andrus

Absolute masterpiece

Cannon Andrus

The greatest film of all time!!!! I love the shirts we wore lmao. Bradlynn and addie are way too far with their ears

Brig Andrus

Yall ain’t ready for the sniffling and cryin at the end

Scinaps

Their ears are pointy too, let them dream! (Reference to robin williams quote to elijah about hobbit feet, iykyk elijah talks about hobbiton in nz)

Zannen Da

Return of the Kings is tied with Titanic and Ben-Hur for the most Oscars wins: 11

Scinaps

They swept the oscars that year it was so rewarding to see all the Ws, instead of oscar after party they all went to the "one ring dot net" fan community party afterwards cause they knew whom they owed the success to

Sean Carroll

Genuinely might be the best movie ever

Scinaps

No they said its theatrical cut first time, and I totally get it. There is rewatch value, once you watch the films you appreciate the extra scenes and lore so much more on watchthrough 2 or 202 😆 heck back when the extended cuts came out I spent all my months savings as a kid to buy the extended dvd for each and made a little tolkien shrine on my bookshelf along with the battle for middle earth strategy games which were fire too

ssj4rit

finally some good fking food

Ana

Love the ears. They look so adorable 😩🥰

Shadow

Oh we eating good af tonight

Shadow

Goat trilogy

Ryan Messina

THis movie is tied at having the most oscar wins of any movie in history, and also has the record because it won every single category it was nominated for

Ray

The ladies rocking those Elven ears 🧝🏽‍♀️🧝🏻‍♀️💙

Gracie

Omg I love theses reactions! Especially with the girls they really make it

nans

greatest finale for the greatest trilogy of all time

Gracie

I’ll love for u guys to watch the Harry Potter movies with the girls too

Gracie

😍😍

kai

i need a star wars watch-along now

Shadow

I’m smoking that longbottom leaf too

Ray

He's too busy competing with Gimili on who kills more orcs ... 🧝🏻‍♂️🤣

Neil Patel

Brig is the goat of goats

Nicholas

Not gonna lie Smeagol and Deagol opening gave me nightmares as a kid.

Tigergray

I’m so glad to see this! Starting my watch right now.

T T T

Addie's lip quivering breaks me.. i dunno

Elle B.

“You bow to no one” I CRY EVERY TIME 😭

Конфіденційність

Dude, why this Ride of the Rohirrim is so different from what I remember. I mean the moment with Gandalf and Nazgûl

Alex

Jack buzz rn

Super Novice

“You bow to no one” I’m in shambles every time

Fleshtotem

I hope you guys do the Hobbit movies as well, not sure if you already said if you were or werent

Carrie

Forever traumatized by the way Denethor eats those tomatoes 😭

Enma

My top 3 scenes are: 1. Council of Elrond, where you see the reflection of all the members fighting on who takes the ring on the ring, and then Frodo saying he'll take it and the look on Gandalf's face as he realizes that is the only choice. 2. Theoden King's speech 3. My friends, you bow to no one. It just hits every time. Honorable mention - Boromir’s death scene with Aragorn. Top 3 characters: 1. Aragorn 2. Sam 3. Boromir https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTN57841L/

JulioLG

Went out at midnight here. Started it at 1am, and it's 4 now. Worth every f minute folks, great reaction!

Taüriøn

The number of times I cried & still cry to this film is ridiculous! I wanted to drop some lore on Arwen from how/y she is able to give up her grace & become immortal, her bloodline (beyond being Galadriel’s granddaughter), & what it could’ve meant for her son if she had him before she gave up her grace. Sooo much lore in the Tolkienverse & being half-elven is just one part in many tips of this iceberg.

Oliver

Little lore. Aragon is a descendant of Elrond's brother. I looked it up and to be more precise Elrond would be Aragorn's 65-times-great-uncle.

Bradlynn Andrus

I just rewatched the last hour of this reaction and I’m sobbing again… this movie is just too good… 😔😔

Fatipapi

Brig w the buzzz after he lost the Oberyn bet 😂

Fatipapi

Jacks resistance to the buzz peer pressure is remarkable

Sean Carroll

I can’t carry it for you… BUT I CAN CARRY YOU. Sam is the GOAT

Alex

Top 3 characters Gandalf Sam and Frodo. Gandalf just has aura and the best comebacks. He gives hope to everyone around him and who gives the goat hope…Frodo. And then there’s Sam the Slayer. My favorite film is still the first movie. I love the whole beginning an adventure feeing it never gets old. It’s the same feeling when you load up your favorite game for the first time unknowingly at the time it’s great. Top 3 scenes would be Bridge of khazadum gandalfs death. Gandalfs speech to Frodo in the tunnels of Moria. Sam and Frodo in the boat at the end of the first movie this scene also parallels really well with Frodo grabbing Sam’s arm in Mt Doom.

Yuion

Its at the same time sad and also a testament to the greatness of this movie series that, if you ask me, there hasnt been anything coming close to this since the movies came out

Fatipapi

Alsooo, the elven earssssss 😍😍😍🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹✨✨✨✨

Arctic_stark

Galadriel showing up to help Frodo and give him hope while he is literally within Sauron's reach in Mordor is such an underrated moment showing the power of Galadriel.

Arctic_stark

Frodo is generally very under appreciated in this story. There are two standout moments, here in this movie where Galadriel says that the task was appointed to Frodo and only he can find a way, and also in the first movie where Gandalf says that the great powers of this world have conspired to ensure the Ring reaches Frodo. They do not say these things lightly. Essentially, the God (or at the least the archangels) of this universe have turned fate and events to let the Ring fall to Frodo because he is the most likely in Middle Earth at the time to resist it the longest and destroy it. He never gets enough credit for what he went through.

Shay Kumar

Part of the extended edition. In the theatrical they don't have the verbal interaction and staff breaking!

Shay Kumar

Agreed. I know a lot of people don't really like them but i enjoyed them, particularly the first one.

Muhammad Affan

who are these two girls in video?

Yerr

Completely agree with theatrical version on first viewing. U have to love it to wanna watch 3, 4-5 hours movies. And the only way to love it that much is to fall in love with the theatrical version first. Unless u reads the books then i guess u can skip. But if you’re going in blind with no background like these gals theatrical is the move.

Nathan

^ Agreed, and the ghost army additional scenes in particular change the surprise element of their arrival on the battlefield a lot. And the tension of the ghost city attacking Aragorn but then agreeing to help after they escape the mountain is a little confusing. I think yall made the perfect decision here.

Ada

man its carters sister and carters wife

Yerr

LOTR Conquest mentioned!! Lets go. Minas morghul was an awesome map.

Seth Aasland

Aragorn for President 2024

safaricat

i really tried not to cry this watch through however it can't be helped. I always cry during these movies. i'm glad they enjoyed them i'm sure they will continue to watch them fondly for years to come like all of us have!!

McKay Carter

Sam is the MVP/Goat argue with a wall

Delane Gill

It’s a minor scene compared to others and not as flash but the part where Gandalf rides out and chases off the Nazgûl as Faramir’s group retreats is one of my favourites in the whole trilogy. I feel like it encapsulates the main theme of the series of light and hope banishing darkness. And the cinematic nature of the shot along with the music has me feeling emotional almost every time

Delane Gill

It’s understandable that you went for the theatrical cut since it’s the first viewing for some of you and the extended cut can be a bit too much even though it’s amazing. It would be awesome if you guys did a reaction to some of the additional scenes somehow because there are some absolute bangers in there ahaha

Cannon Andrus

How many times I blink tears out is unreal 😂😂😂

Mr. Buddy Guy

Jack I love you!!! Gondolin is a such a dope lore name drop! Also really cool, Galadriels brother, Finrod (my dogs name lol) built the “First” Minas Tirith in the first age but Sauron took it over. Minas Tirith (the one form the movie) wasn’t originally designed to be a city more of a watchtower (as the name implies in elvish). Minas Tirith has become a major important fortress in the war of the ring because it’s so close to the mountains for Mordor and can be the first line of defense for the entire relax of Gondor, which is Basically the south west part of the middle earth we see.

Delane Gill

It’s so great that the three of you were able to watch this trilogy for the first time, it’s such a unique and magical experience and your reactions were so real. I’m glad that you enjoyed it so much!!

Linus

Wait what, I remember that Saruman died? Or was that only in the extended one?

Seth Aasland

all the riders of Rohan pulling up and charging at the enemy is what i consider the definition of the indomitable human spirit

Treize Cinquante

Where’s The Boys S4? Lots of hype around the finale 😉

Toff

holy shit its time

Enma

I'm surprised no one mentioned this, but Sam was also a ring bearer, which granted him passage to the Undying Lands. After his wife dies, Sam gives the red book — the one Frodo gave him at the end — to his daughter and goes to be reunited with his old friend, Frodo. It's so beautiful that even after living a long and happy life, his last wish is to be with Frodo in the end. 😢

Enma

I believe they stop reacting to it because of copyright issues

Gaboxxy

Fun fact: Aragorn is something like 86 years old at this point of the story. His kin, the Dúnedain, could live two to three times longer than the average man. Aragorn himself died when he had 210 years of age.

Enma

Oh, I guess that flew right over my head 😅

Yerr

Whenever i think film cant get any real emotion out of me, i just have to watch LOTR. No matter how many watches i still tear up several times in this movie. So damn good. Or maybe im just a pansy. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Treize Cinquante

Bruh I can’t watch LOTR love GOT but LOTR is too simplistic for me

TheSauceGuy

This reminds me of how the GoT show fails to portray the massive scales of battles or armies often.

N P

Sometimes it's the simpler themes that hit you the hardest

TheSauceGuy

So how did the Witch King die? I'm not super knowledgeable on Tolkien's work and thought they couldn't be killed so easily (if at all), so did it have to do with one of their blades?

TheSauceGuy

Oliphaunts must have thin skulls or Legolas' arrow was like a bullet, that was crazy lmao.

Anna

This may be my favorite watch so far with you guys, I cried so much 🥹🤣 yall are truly the BEST and I’m so glad I found this channel (almost a year ago now!) PS I am a gek girlie super fan, the ears were such a cherry on top 🤣🤣🤣♥️

Uros Vesic

I agree that standard edition is better for first viewing. Great decision

Seth Aasland

you’re not a pansy, you’re real. too real i might add. i rewatch these movies often just to feel something again and again. never gets old

Enma

Yeah I believe it had to do with Merry's sword. It's called a Barrow-blade, given to the four hobbits by Tom Bombadil. These blades were specially crafted to combat the forces of Angmar, the realm from which the Nazgul originate. When Merry stabbed the Witch-King with the blade, it severed his bond with the current "plane" they were on, severely weakening him and allowing Eowyn to deliver the killing blow. I've also heard the argument that Eowyn and Merry were able to kill the Witch King since "no man would kill him" or something along those lines. And with Eowyn being a woman and Merry being a hobbit, they were able to kill him. I think both arguments are or can be true, and they both work pretty well with each other.

Fatipapi

Id never take em off again and just adapt it as my new lifestyle

TheSauceGuy

Couldn't Aragorn and his men have just fled once the gates were opened? It wouldn't be as epic, but I doubt Sauron's forces would be able to do anything about Frodo and Sam at that point.

TheSauceGuy

The Eagles are the MVPs of this series.

TheSauceGuy

I think the sword one makes more sense logically while the others are probably just prophecy or something.

Anna

Addie and Bradlynn’s commentary at the end had me laughing and crying with them 🤣😭😭😭 and Brig being in the middle is hysterical

Anna

Alsooo the little girl Sam picks up at the end is actually his daughter in real life!!! SO cute

TheSauceGuy

Is there ever any explanation as to how Frodo and Sam didn't die when they were so close to an erupting volcano? I feel like the gases and heat alone would've killed them, but maybe Hobbits are super resilient to these things lol.

Andy tee

I kind of understand it being a simpler good vs evil story with no morally grey characters but the lotr world is one of the most complex worlds in all of fiction 😅

Andy tee

I must be getting soft in my old age. I literally cried about 5 times watching this. "You bow to no one" almost killed me off.

TheSauceGuy

I'd like to imagine that Frodo couldn't remember Legolas' name at the reunion lol

Mattchu

Been waiting for this🙏

Arctic_stark

It’s actually really incredible when you think that these swords were made thousands of years ago to fight the Witch-King and even after the destruction of the kingdom of Arnor, all this time later they fulfilled their purpose.

Chris Sanford

Glad LEGO LotR is getting the love it deserves on here, it and LEGO Star Wars (the OG) are goated. The LEGO the Hobbit should've been just as good but they never added the Battle of the 5 Arnies DLC that they promised they were going to.

Mysterious Figure

Didn't even start watching the reaction but as soon as I saw the thumbnail with those elf ears I literally laughed out loud. You guys just find ways to make my day. ❤️❤️

TheSauceGuy

Not for certain, but didn't Gandalf say something about not being able to sense Frodo anymore or something? I might be misremembering, but if they didn't know, dying there doesn't change much.

Mysterious Figure

Oh and dont think I havent noticed everyone wearing LOTR shirts and over here my best boy Brig never forgetting Naruto. Best boy for a reason! ❤️❤️ I love these movies so much I always read all the comments first before I even start to watch hahaha

Kite

GROND GROND GROND!! 🗣️🔥

Bri-Ana Monique

I think the ears made the ladies more emotional because the amount of sniffles had me crying 😂😭

Anna

I love you Bradlynn 🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️

Anna

The synchronized gasps in times of stress and squeals when happy things happened at the end was so peak 🤣 heavy on the sister vibes

Sasha

Inception is a direction masterpiece but the plot is kinda weak compared to this. I think there's many movies better than Inception like Arrival, The Atonement, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Requiem for a Dream. But of course that's my opinion.

Bri-Ana Monique

Time for The Hobbit 🥹🙏🏽

Cannon Andrus

I mention requiem of a dream in one of the upcoming shogun episodes… I’ve never seen it is it good? I just saw it’s rated Nc17

Cannon Andrus

I might have shouted you out in our unreleased shogun video…. Keep your ears picked

Sasha

It might be the best I have seen. Although I have seen it only once compared to ten times of LOTR🧐

Billie

The girls are iconic wth

Billie

You should be ashamed to have the name Muhammad

Kite

Top 3 scenes: - "You bow to no one" - Sam carrying Frodo - The Ride of the Rohirrim Top 3 characters: - Sam - Aragorn - Gollum Honorable mention: "The beacons are lit, Gondor calls for aid" "And Rohan will Answer"

Kite

love Lego LOTR but the first two Lego Star Wars games will always be my GOAT

Kite

ain't no way he called LOTR simplistic 😭

Tina L

The collective gasp from the girls when Shelop appears on the cliff is pure cinema.

Blackeyedlily

Deagal and Sméagol are cousins. And they are a type of Hobbit.

Dana Sow

When we getting a reaction to Dune?

Sasha

That must be some code of the movie. I don't get it. Maybe I'm too sleepy😂

Sean Carroll

Anyone know where to get Lego lotr, I tried on eBay 2 years ago but the prick gave me Lego Harry Potter instead

Chris Sanford

If I could go back to the first time I played LEGO Star Wars I would in a heartbeat. That was before there was the "Complete Saga" when there was 2 different games lol.

Mysterious Figure

I just finished The Return of the King with you guys and I am completely dehydrated. Those Sam moments kill me every time no matter how many times I see it. Who am I kidding, all the moments kill me 😭😭 best movie of all time! Also, I love you guys enjoying Shogun. I binged that show almost like no other.

Mysterious Figure

Addie should definitely do an elvish cosplay sometime since those ears already show she could pull it off.

Tina L

I feel the same way about that scene. It is one of my favorites out of the whole trilogy. I remember when it first came out in 2003 and just the thrill of seeing Gandalf banish the Nazgul and the score is top-notch.

Tina L

The best thing about LOTR is that everyone had a part to play in destroying the ring. So in a way, there is no MVP or if there is everyone is LOL

Gaboxxy

I mean, all of those are extremely different movies, I don't get where the comparison is coming from.

selmak13

This was such an amazing reaction from the beginning to end, for the long-term lotr fans this is the closest thing we get to watching the trilogy for the first time again and thank you girls for coming, you made these reactions 5x better <3

Lenny Wikberg V

you guys should do the hobbit trilogy too

Kreis

@Billie @Griff You can't take this dude seriously. Sorry but this comment is sooo urgh'

Kreis

They said at the beginning of this reaction they will watch the extra scenes, so let's hope✌️

Kreis

It was a really juicy and fun watch journey! From the first LotR movie to the last, all your reactions were so good and the outros were always so funny and interesting to hear just like in all your other reactions♥️ The watch parties with the girls also brings so much fresh air to the couch, I love it, I liked it with the Avatar react too! Hope to see more of this W dynamic in the future with other project's too!👀

Kreis

I think my three favorite moments from the movies would be: 1. Sam's speech to Frodor ("I can carry you...") 2. Aragorn's speech at the gate or the speech at rohirrim 3. Pippin's singing to the king. I'm always have goosebumps at this scene! It's just so hard to pick one scene... there are tooo many good ones! My three favorite characters: 1. Aragorn 2. Sam 3. Gandalf

Kreis

Cannon I would totally love your 3h yapping about lotr with the boys!!!

SirCatelot

So what's next? It's gotta be Hobbit, it's not LOTR but it's more tolkien, and honestly, the movies are fun

Mahti

DEEEEAATH!!!

NoneOfYourBeeswax

The Rings of Power physically alter those who are unable to resist it and fall under their spell. Remember, the Ringwraiths/Nazgul were once not only men, but kings. It takes time for these physical changes to take hold, but the more the Rings are used, the deeper the hold they have and the faster the changes manifest themselves.

NoneOfYourBeeswax

Oh pleaase no; those movies are a steaming pile of horse dung - a cash grab that Jackson and Walsh just phoned in. They stretched a slim children's story into a trilogy of bloated cinematic offal. The movies have no heart and you'd do well to give a body swerve to them. JRR Tolkien must have been spinning in his grave when those crimes against humanity were created.

NoneOfYourBeeswax

I guess being civil to the King's daughter amounts to "leading her on" I guess Aragorn should just have spit in her face to make things clear... though it would take a deaf and blind person not to have seen that Aragorn loves Arwen.

Branflakes

Lord of the Rings is def the best of all time. It's actually crazy how well made this was, I watch all 3 extended editions a few times a year. I think Braveheart is my all-time favorite movie though lol

NoneOfYourBeeswax

You fail to comprehend the massive difference between movie budgets and TV show budgets - and the fact that TV shows have a schedule, Movies can be years in development and production.

NoneOfYourBeeswax

He shot it in the neck, not the head. Standby excuse: Elf magic or some kinda BS like that :)

NoneOfYourBeeswax

Bilbo gave up the Ring of his own accord. Sure Gandalf had to give him a couple of reminders, but ultimately he chose to part with it without any argument.

ZJP

You guys should definitely watch Braveheart with the girls. It lacks in historical accuracy but we dont try to nitpick like that.

Camille Watrigant

It's so touching to see people who watch this saga for the first time cry, it proves how good the story and the characters are.

Griff

If y’all watched the behind the scenes for this, I would literally watch all 10 hours of it with y’all lol

Navri

What an amazing trilogy. Would love to watch your reaction to The Hobbit, its not as good, but still a good watch.

Sir_Dalagad

That's what happened? LOL Epic! Dude shouldn't bet with the hair it's half ya rizz I gotta get caught up with the GOT reactions

Sir_Dalagad

It does leave you something to look forward to when you rewatch. It's a bit jarring to go back to the theatrical versions after seeing the extended a few times. I felt like a LOT infomercial: "But wait...There's more!!!"

Sir_Dalagad

"Too few have come. We cannot defeat the armies of Mordor." "No... we cannot. But we will meet them in battle nonetheless." Charging when they don't think they have the numbers to win...with a battle cry of "Death!" Just epic

Animeke

I loved watching this with you all! No matter how many times I watch this trilogy, it never fails to bring back emotions as if it was my first watch. Truly a masterpiece of cinema and storytelling. I hope you guys get a chance to do The Hobbit as well, even though it's not as impactful, I still think it holds the spirit of the world. I would love reactions even if you've already seen it too.

Patriicia

this is the JUICIEST trilogy ever made ♥

Sasha

1. Sam's speech in second movie 2. Sam's speech and carrying Frodo on the mountain. 3. My friends. You bow to no one. 1. Sam 2. Frodo 3. Smeagol(but I don't like him)

Sasha

When those Harry Potter reactions happen we NEED to have the Mushroom Girl also.

Sasha

Must be insane to watch this as an adult for the first time. As a kid there is no way to understand all these emotions the movie brings.

Sasha

If Bilbo was at Mount Doom he wouldn't throw it.

Sasha

Well it was kinda facts though. Those movies really have no emotion.

Sasha

I think they've seen it already but yeah it would be great.

Sasha

Wouldn't be surprised since Aragorn didn't remember Legolas dad's name. Just said he's from the woods😂

Sasha

Yep. I have seen these and Harry Potters about ten times and still the same scenes never fail to get me in tears🥲

Sasha

If you live in USA Aragorn would be the best option😂

kumo

Watch The Hobbit!!! Not at the same level but honestly you have to if you love LOTR

Sasha

I think Dune has an epic potential though. Even if the first one was kinda lame.

Sasha

That was absolutely disgusting. And actually takes away from the otherwise epic Pippin scene.

Sasha

Her lip was quivering for a full 3 hours + some minutes🥲

Ushna Seeam

Thank you so much for this reaction, I will now be doing my annual LOTR marathon with you guys! 😃 I have a unique love for these movies and the books and everything related to LOTR, really. They speak to me like nothing else does. My top 3 scenes would be: 1. The start of the battle at Helm’s Deep (the anticipation, the flashes of lightning illuminating the Uruk army, the drops of rain pattering on the soldiers’ armour, and Theoden saying, “So it begins.”) 2. The ride of the Rohirrim on the Pelennor Fields 3. The forming of the Fellowship in the first movie My Top 3 characters are Gandalf, Aragorn and Eomer (book version). And because I’m a girl, the Top 3 characters I’d marry are Eomer, Aragorn and Faramir. 😁😁😁

Jesper

you should play shadow of mordor its a great game both parts with an insane story in the lotr world

Enma

I wouldnt consider it a spoiler, at least not a major one. This info is from the appendices of the books, where Tolkien gives more background details and stuff that happens after the story.

Sir_Dalagad

Thanks for the reaction. I wish I had art for a few scenes, but most of all I'd like paintings of: 1. Eomer and his men charging (with Gandalf) at dawn outside Helm's Deep and the sun coming up right as they clashed into the line. 2. Gandalf falling with the balrog over the underwater lake 3. The Rohirrim charging outside Minas Tirith My top 3 scenes: 1. Sam carrying Frodo. 2. Aragorn's speech at the Gates of Mordor. 3. When Aragorn accepts the re-forged sword Anduril he is about to go (he believes alone) into Dwimorberg, the Haunted Mountain. Elrond says "I give hope to men" and Aragorn replies: "I keep none for myself"...but he goes anyway. Theodin makes a similar remark right after that... "but we will meet them in battle nonetheless". Top characters: Sam, Aragorn, and Gandalf 😁

samyoul

Sam has always and will always be my goat, an inspiration to fellow Sams around the world

kracklocks

Its so hard to pick top 3 scenes, but one of them would have to be Gandalf talking to Frodo in Moria. "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us." Gandalf is almost like Tolkien's vehicle for dropping wisdom on the readers and in turn the movie watchers, its so good.

LawL

The last two whole hours of the movie: 😊😊😭😊😭😊😊 Carter, 2 seconds after the movie ends: "Give us your emotions, give us your instant thoughts!" Addi: 😭

LawL

RIP Bernard Hill, his performance as Theoden was great.

Sean Carroll

I hope all the geks answer this: rank the speeches Aragorns speech Theodens speech Commander Erwin’s speech

Sean Carroll

I think we need to introduce the girls to the real GOAT Attack on titan

SirCatelot

My only problem with the trilogy is the 3rd movie, since it's like 1h30min of war and nothing really happens. But the 1st 2 are great in my opinion

Ben Everest

Should watch the behind the scenes so good

Patrick

Dude, half the movie I was distracted by Addie. Straight 10/10.

Jose Araya

I know I'm in the right place when Theoden's speech and ride is among his favorite moments.

SlamboHamburg

Sam has the heart of a hero 🥹❤️

Sweede TW

There really is no other words to describe this trilogy other than the GOAT. Nothing else compares.

Jeremy

Addie is a baddy bro holy shit

parALICEis

will you guys watch the hobbit too ?

Tom Murray

Brig - So the Uruk Hai and orcs hate each other and only begrudgingly cooperate. The UH are physically superior, 'life perfected' as Saruman said, and more intelligent than orcs. Despite that, the orcs are miffed that they have been serving Mordor or Isengard for ages and then suddenly this science experiment new kid on the block becomes the favorite. They are pissed, and the UH see them as straight inferior. Their tensions are in fact a powder keg and that UH kicking the orc down the ladder hole was a fuse at its end. Notice that the fighting there was between orcs and UH. The standard edition's don't show this, but in Two Towers the UH war band that snatched M&P rendezvoused with some orcs that were delivering further instructions from Isengard. When they took a rest, the UH that had instructions from Saruman to not harm the halflings, but the hungry orcs were having none of that. Another powder keg

LuvStarburst

I love how he turns down eowyn, she should've known his heart was taken by arwen it was pretty obvious.

Aegean

Watched the 2 first on the premiere and the 3rd on the preview back in 2003. This triolgy changed my view on story telling and set a huge standard for movies since. Been watching them atleast once a year ever since, so getting close to 25 times xD Got a collectors edition Helm and the sword Aragorn gets in the 3rd movie + his dagger. Wich is a must for me to have on display :P Real happy all of you guys love LOTR as well <3

Bean

Sheer silence during theodens death scene and then brig goes “easy dub”😭😭

GreetswithJudgement

Coming back for Rohans entrance! So fucking good!!

Catric Bere

I saw all the three movies in the cinema and the 2 last hobbit movies also. The best scenes in my opinion is when the trees came and helped in the war from the 2nd movie and when the ghosts came to help in this one and the best scene is when Sam carried Frodo. Best characters for me is 1.Sam 2.Aragorn 3.Haldir (all though too short screentime)
