All the players in the vid are champs, faker is Azir who he made a crazy play with at last years worlds. Some players are multiple champs throughout the vid but most are just 1.

To answer a question... YES! All of the players, like Faker, are dressed like and are using the spells of the champions that they are well-known for. For example, it showed a flash of Azir right before Faker removed his cloak, and he also has Azir's staff.

as someone thats watched thousands of hours of pro league the faker/T1 glazing is mega boring. there are way more interesting modern players but Riot/the general community keeps ultra focusing on one player and team

Its way better than Lil Nas Xs Song but it just doesnt really has that worlds feeling to it, maybe if the Video was more focused on the players, but its literally a music video, song is a banger and i dont hate it, but theres just stuff missing for it to compete with Rise, Legends Never Die and Phoenix imo

League is really fun, especially if you play with friends But since you guys aren't all on PC, you guys can play Smite. that's on console and its relatively the same thing for the most part.

you need to watch champion teasers/trailers, i think you've only seen cinematics, but the champion stuff are also great self contained stories, you would enjoy it 100%

Every Worlds Song is about the previous years Victors. Last years video was about DRX’s win in 2022 and this years is about T1s win back in 2023. Next years video will be focused around this years victor. The abilities and characters have the faces of the players, but the abilities and outfits of the champions they play in their respective roles. For example, Fakers Spear and the Bird character that flashes on screen when he throws his cloak off signifies Azir, which is one of his best known champions and one of the Champions he’s most known for. All other players are performing their respective champions they frequent.

However you feel about Riot, and League in general, you have to admit their media department is killing it. Has been for years. This one is my favorite one they've done actually. The song is sick, and Faker walking out to join the fight gave me chills like crazy.

so basically, each player had a characteristic piece of armor/weapon of the champions they're known for playing. like in the beginning, the guy who ripped down the gate with those chains was G2 Caps; the chains are the weapon of the champ Sylas. Faker's weapon on his back was Azir's staff. its very similar to Rise in that respect where Faker has Ryze's book and scroll on his back.

Aram is fun, but it's basically just a mode for casual players. 5v5 is much more interesting for seasoned players. But yeah aram is probably much easier to approach for a new player
