DARK - the best TV show of all time. Look at the IMDB reviews and you will be convinced. It probably won't get as much views on YouTube, so it will be the perfect patreon exclusive show. It's not that long either. The only show that tops AOT for me in terms of how well written and mind blowing the plot is

I recommend seraph of the end only because y’all like Attack on Titan (I see a lot of people recommending seraph if you like aot) I think it’s really good but not sure y’all will like it and it’s also an unfinished anime Edit: it’s also very short only 24 episodes in total (2 seasons)

If you think Eren had a traumatic life… ohhhh, just wait till you meet the MC from this anime 🫡🫠💀🔥 I literally had to stop watching anime for a week because I was so messed up 🫢

Watching Berserk instead of reading the manga is like watching a broadway production of Star Wars instead of the actual movies, it's a crime 🫣Especially the movies that people are mentioning, the 97 adaption is decent and you guys would probably like it so I'm not opposed to it lol. But I'd recommend watching Monster, one of the best quality animes out there that probably wouldn't be great on YouTube because it's the slower type and not as popular. Berserk would do better on YouTube. OR VIKINGS. SO SICK. Perfect after watching Vinland

Also I just want to say I think the point of Ketil's turn is how he feared losing everything. I mean he pretty much says as much after the Arnheid scene, he's afraid to lose her, his farm, his family, wealth, everything Sverkel warned Thorfinn and Einar would happen episodes earlier. This theme gets expanded on further so don't want to say more but I think it's definitely important in conversations about Ketil's character. When things were good he was a relatively good man but, simply put, fear consumed him.

Oh man, that Pain episode really pains me 😢 poor Arnheid, but I guess, at this point for her this ending is the best, sadly 😭 If you want to do a Patreon exclusive, I recommend Banana Fish, is interesting but would definitely be not popular on YouTube. As for live action, I recently watch La Casa de Papel, a Spanish show and I really like it!

Hot take perhaps lol but Vinland is just written for my soul I think. ANYWAY you should watch Vikings or Monster. Vikings gives you the violence Vinland lacks, while still having the deeper insightful topics through the main character who is genuinely so sick

I’ve already recommended this, but if you ever enjoyed reading the book 1984, then I recommend watching “Ghost in the Shell” on Netflix, just in general to watch. The antagonist (who is a “post-human” which is someone that has a brain with quantum-like processing power) is driven by the classic novel 1984 after a tragic event happens in his life. This anime has geo-politics/military conflicts, good action scenes, humor, cyborgs, and themes to analyze. There’s also the original 90’s anime, one movie I believe, and the live action movie from 2017 with Scarlett Johansson (not a good adaptation of the anime, imo) to consider watching beforehand.

You truly see how much Thorfinn is becoming like his father. That scene when he tells Arnheid about Vinland before she dies is exactly how his father did when he tried to save that slave back in season 1. Full circle soon enough. This show is unmatched

I'll be happy if y'all watch The Witch from Mercury on Patreon or YouTube. I think it would do well on YouTube for views though as Gundam has a decent following and been around for years. It has 51 shows and counting. That being said, you don't need to know anything about previous Gundams as it's in it's own universe but it packs plenty of references and nods to previous shows if you know what you're looking for. It was a great ride and really quick with only 24 episodes. It has plenty of twists and turns I'd love to see Carter break down and guess.

I can't remember if you guys have watched it or not, but if not then Cyberpunk: Edgerunners would be a cool short show to do on Patreon. Only 10 episodes w/ a similar amount of gore/violence to Chainsaw Man. I personally suggest watching it in English because it's based on the lore from the Cyberpunk game, and a lot of the slang they use gets lost when translating into Japanese. Also Giancarlo Esposito is in it.

I don't know if you guys would be interested in watching a Korean drama, but I would really recommend one called "Strangers from Hell" (or Hell is Other People). It's a horror/psychological thriller and is honestly one of the best shows I've ever seen. It's only 10 episodes and I think it would also generate a lot of interesting discussions while watching.

new here so idk ya'll names but first person on the left asked if they're calling him "tekken" (iron fist) Ketil, like the game Tekken, since tekken the game is about a fighting event called King of the "iron fist" tournament, so Tekken literally means iron fist :)
