So what do we think a solution to this is? How do we counter this? I think our best bet is to do our best to encourage women to stay in the workforce, to vote, and broadly be more empowered. I say this as a dude, but I wanna say to women broadly, men can be trusted to do this shit alone…

Yes, and we need each other's support. Voting for Kamala Harris is step one in a long journey. If she wins we can't just throw a victory party and go home. We need to keep fighting for everyone's rights.

Totally agree about equal funding for candidates, no donations, and kill super PACs.

Not since “50 Shades of Grey” have I heard sex described in such a repulsive way. Idk how this dude fucks but he’s absolutely doing it wrong.

Ian (no, not that one)

Thank you so much for mentioning adoption. My wife and I decided very early on that we're going to be child free and when I say that to my coworkers who have kids, without exception they always look at me like we're crazy for doing it and talk about how we're going to regret it. Last month I was having this conversation with one of them (2 kids, a third on the way, and constantly complaining about how they take all his time and money) and he asked that same question and when I mentioned adoption he brought up how expensive the process is and it was all I could do to not fire back with "at least that way the kid will know they're wanted".
