Alright you two, I don't do this very often, but I gotta disagree about your take on Gen X's politics and voting record. I've had a pretty favorable opinion of our generation for a long time now when it comes to politics. Maybe that's because I live in Seattle, and the vast majority of people I know who are also Gen X, many of whom I grew up with, are raging liberals, or even further left on the political spectrum. So I did a little digging and I think you're being unfair to Gen X. While I will admit that Gen X isn't overwhelmingly left-of-center, we certainly aren't literal garbage people like the Boomers. Gen X as a whole does lean Democrat, but not by the margin I would have hoped/expected based on my (admittedly anecdotal) experience. Take it easy on us hose water drinking, latchkey kids alright? It could be a lot worse! I fucking love you guys.

Sorry to hog the comments, but I've been a listener of Fallacious Trump for a long time. It's really funny and the hosts are bright, insightful and very good at demonstrating the never-ending parade of fallacious nonsense from Trump and his cult.

Non-engagement is a huge reason why dems haven’t taken most of the federal seats of government. It’s a huge issue for dems and if you want to why there’s a tyranny of the minority, it’s bc people don’t vote. Down ballot too.

I watched 2000 Mules last night (thanks GAM) and at one point, the movie talks about historical examples of voter fraud. And they only list one concrete example of it happening to the point where it impacts an election. The name the movie gives is "Leslie McCrae Dowless" and what the movie fails to mention is that Dowless committed his voter fraud in 2018 **to support the Republican party.** The one example they give about a voter fraud conspiracy was a guy doing it for their side.
