Has anyone ever had a good experience with Comcast? I’m not aware of anything positive that ever happened with this company.

I can only speak for myself and some people in my circle, but my answer to your question is a resounding NO! Time Warner was equally bad if not worse. AT&T UVerse, DirecTV, and Charter are also in the top 5 worst of the worst cable/internet providers. I truly enjoyed Verizon Fios for the measly 12 months I was able to have it, although it was super pricey! Spectrum was decent, but also fairly expensive. I never had Dish, never will. All in all, the selection of cable/internet providers available anywhere in America totally SUCKS ASS. There are too few options, most if not all are reliably unreliable in service quality, most have consistently low standards in customer care, and the lowest priced options under any of them are still outrageously overpriced! I currently have AT&T internet service because I have no choice if I want internet. I also have AT&T cellular service because in my area, it’s basically a coin toss between AT&T or Verizon. Both are equally reprehensible but AT&T is slightly cheaper and gives me free HBO for the duration of my having active services, as well as free Apple TV+ for 2 years. I haven’t had cable tv services in almost 4 years, and cutting that cord has relieved a lot of stress and frustration! I now only pay for my cellular service, high speed home broadband, and (deeply discounted and paid annually) subscriptions with Hulu, Netflix, and Discovery+. Plus I have the free HBO and AppleTV+ subscriptions. Since I very rarely ever watch tv (like *maybe* twice a month, if that!), but am online constantly, those are the best options for me. I just now calculated what I used to pay monthly for cable, internet, cellular, and two streaming subscriptions, and compared it to what I now pay for my current services, on average per month, and it came out to a savings of about $160 per month/$1900 per year! Not too shabby …. for ‘Murika anyway.
