Slight thing here, and just because it was weaponised pretty recently here in Australia, it's marriage equality. Terms like 'same sex marriage' or 'gay marriage' make a distinction in the term marriage itself between lets say 'normal heterosexual marriage' and everything else. 'Marriage equality' as a term preserves marriage being a normal right for all (consenting adults). I still think child marriage is all the bad things of course. But to play a game the PIAT folks do sometimes 'Make It Black!'. I don't like distinguishing between normal vs oh I don't know black or latino or asian or gay or same sex marriage.

Herpes is also an STD and large numbers of people have it from kissing. It's an STD for the same reason that we call Pubic Lyce, Crabs; Because we did in fact evolve from hairy monkeymen. MSG is a troll, she knows how to wield drama better than Jim Johns.

Heh got another one. The thing for me about Log cabin republicans, or Latinos for trump, or black people not voting democrat is that yeah it goes against the stereotype. That is all to the good, stereotypes should be at least interrogated and never assumed. But with those examples I mentioned and others too Republicans by word and deed hate you!. That the LCR's are waking up to it is good, and fuck them still for all the reasons on the show, but hey no shit sherlock! Why, in my examples and others, would someone vote for a party that hates them?

And same sex couples aren't going to get gay married- they're going to get married. When every other way we say it or talk about it drops the "same sex" or "gay" bit, we need to stop and ask why. It's because people are (and always have been) trying to maintain the "otherness" of non-heterosexual couples.

I have a serious question about the politician who went to his gay sons wedding. And I know in THIS America? Especially with Republicans? Reality? No longer matters. And it’s group think 24/7. And you stay with the pack. And that’s that. But in a less partisan America? And stay with me here. Because while I know that morally? These guys are on the wrong side? Would this guy not, “technically” be doing the right thing? What I mean by that is, we have a representative form of government. You are elected NOT to represent yourself and your own views. But the general views of your constituents and the people of your district. Even if I disagree with what those people want? Would it not be more dangerous if I were to just ignore what my constituents want? And just vote and do however I please? We see a lot of that now. And look where it’s gotten us. I’m asking this because I feel it raises some interesting concerns, compromise, land mine’s, and questions. Again, for the record and to be very clear! As I have been misunderstood a few too many times when posting here. I am pro-gay marriage and equal rights for all. This is just a question I thought may have some interesting perspectives. Thank you. Fuck Putin. And SLAVA UKRAINI.

It seems that Marjorie Taylor Green has become more strategic with her messaging and inflammatory language since Milo Yiannopoulos became her "intern".

You are positing a politician who is merely a conduit for his constituents views. Ok, that's not a terrible ideal although it may well have it's problems. 2 wolves and a sheep deciding on whats for lunch for example. But suppose that that is what he was doing in this case despite his own personal views on the matter and that that is what he always aims to do too. He'd be the first ever of any political stripe you care to name. Also he is in the GOP. A party with a long history of doing not that in just about any way you care to name! Gerrymandering to ensure a minority, and usually bigoted and nasty, view point gets enacted into law. Known mis-information being parroted and advertised as fact routinely. Co-operation with foreign powers in propaganda known to not have the US best interests at heart. Etc, and that is just what I have picked up living in Australia. So, yeah, nah on the technically doing the right thing possibility in the case of this guy for sure.
