Bad Medicine

If you want a really interesting, darkly humorous, pants-shittingly terrifying look (without really graphic images, unless you count a photo of Putin with his face stretched and twisted into something approximating a smile) at what the scale of nuclear weapons really is, including the granddaddy of them all, here's a short video on just that (though I'd note, people incorrectly say that nuclear weapons would 'destroy the world' X amount of times over. They would not, in fact, destroy the Earth itself, just the surface of the planet as we know it): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fs1CIrwg5zU There's also a really well-made video on Vimeo depicting every nuclear detonation since 1945 in a sort of unique way. It's actually kind of hypnotic to watch. It's very quiet, barring the sounds used to indicate the explosions themselves, which I feel makes a bigger impact... pun intended... https://vimeo.com/135580602
