UNDRGRNDMSSNGR

Hi guys. Im an autistic listener and something people may not be aware of, and I suspect, Elon is Aspy Supremists. Self diagnosis is valid within the community and as such. Elon claims hes Autistic: so check out Aspy and see if that doesn't explain some of the actions and his unknow actions/ behaviours.

Elon Musk is Ted Farro... If you know you know. 😬

Man, the donation of Starlink technology to Ukraine was the one damned good thing Elon had ever done, as far as I could tell. Of COURSE it was all just a way to stroke his ego. What a dillweed.

I think the guys are spot on - here in Canada too, I find that we've internalized the "you are what you do" concept and over time have just made it all that we are, and that's where the grind culture etc comes from. That there's an existential piece of "who am I" if I'm not working (at all, or a particular job, etc), and that our sense of "goodness" is also tied to it. That if my performance is not good then I'm not good.

1. X formerly known as Twatter, FakeBook, and the others are platforms from private companies. They can do whatever they like according to the capitalist model and are bound by US law to do whatever makes their shareholders the most money no matter the consequences. 2. USERS of these platforms need to know how to use critical thinking skills that the education system does not teach but should. Humanity likes their knee-jerk reactions though. 3. Mass media lies to everyone for money. All of them have their own agenda so again... critical thinking skills are key. 4. The internet is one of the best and worst inventions of humanity. It is a tool allowing much of humanity to be able to communicate across the world. There is a responsibility you inherit while using it which most people do not follow or care about. Free speech is a privilege and comes with responsibility and consequences. Once you take the consequences away the trolls win. The overall issue is that humanity as a whole is not mature or evolved enough to be able to take a tool like social media and use it properly. The trolls won the internet. There is a clear parallel between our related evolutionary primates who throw shit at each other. As has been highlighted by works like Monty Python's Flying Circus and the great Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy... Humanity and the universe are completely absurd and we are all just flailing around trying to figure out what is the best thing to do for whatever we consider to be our primary concern of the moment whatever that might be. Clicks, likes, environment, friends/family (real or fake), etc. This is not an excuse but a reason.

I was already on Mastodon for a while when Musk bought Twitter, so the resultant huge influx of new users gave me hope. But there is still quite a bit of inertia among those remaining, and some of those who do leave are going to other billionaire-controlled platforms. If you know people still on Twitter, they might need a little push to get started finding a better platform, (preferably one with no ads, no trackers and no creepy billionaires, like Mastodon).

BTB did a 2-parter on Elon Musk back in June of 2020. Musk is not a good dude, has never been. Deep down he's still a kid with emeralds in his pockets begging for people to be his friend.
