You''re not the first to notice in the last couple of years that Newsweek has basically turned into Fox News

The "golf blisters" thing doesn't make sense because the guy's been golfing for decades nearly continuously, So if there's one spot on Trump's body that has developed thick skin, it's going to be his hands. Calouses don't disappear overnight as you age. The other thing besides his hands that led people to speculate was when he deposited Melania into her SUV to ride home alone, he had a ginormous bandage on his neck behind his left ear that you'd use to cover a sore. Plus if anyone has all the STDs, it's Trump.

Cecil, Tom and your Glory Hole Studios team produce an exceptional podcast. Of course you deserve to make a living and a profit from your business! That guy was a schmuck. You're worth every penny.

Was that one bumper a clip from Square One's Mathman? I haven't heard that show/voice in forever.

Re: The Dumpster Fire Formerly Known as Twitter: Listening to one podcast, the guest used to run a FB group called [something] Island (I don't remember the specific name). It was a free speech "utopia." The only rule was no one was allowed to block the moderators. He said it was a race to the bottom, everything became racist and misogynistic. After a couple of years, he shut it down and deleted it. Six weeks later, one of the most prolific posters posted a manifesto on the internet and then shot up a church or supermarket; whatever it was, it made national news. He was glad he had shut the group down beforehand, otherwise the shooter might have posted his manifesto to the group and he'd have to deal with the police and the backlash.

I'm in my early 40s and no fucking way do I answer my phone if I don't know the number. Even when people I know I call and I'm not doing anything else, I'll text them and say I can't talk so text me

Victoria

Agreed. I'm a patron because I appreciate all the work that goes into this podcast and thoroughly enjoy the product of all that hard work

I'm in my late 40s and ALWAYS answer the phone. I have 3 children and I never know if a teacher or one of their friends is trying to teach me. Both of my parents are in a nursing home and if there is an emergency I need to know asap. Although If I hear that "BOOP" sound I hang up. I've gotten plenty of emergency calls from numbers I don't have saved in my phone so I don't risk it.

My mother always answers her home land line phone. She's 78. I spend at least two or three hours each week talking her down out of her tree because she's terrified of these scam callers. She refuses to use the smart phone I got for her for voice calls and she refuses to learn how to text. 😭😭😭

I'm in my 60s and don't answer the call unless I recognize the number. Also, my cell phone carrier is pretty good about recognizing spam calls. If the call is legit, they'll leave a message.
