Sorry, had to redo the post, cause of a bug

In the first fate extella game, Tamamo mentions in a conversation that there are also bondage and rope games that she would like to try out with her master. Tamamo's base, if I remember correctly, has a heart-shaped bed and a hot spring, for example. Nero could have overheard the conversation and “fulfill Tamamo's wish”.
