Twitter milestone chibis + hospital bill comm (Patreon)

As I mentioned on discord previously, I'm going to drop everything I've been working on here as soon as I managed to actually catch up on my overdue work which is now so I'm dropping you guys the goods and also another health update when I'm done with that, been mostly dropping the info I have right now on discord for privacy reasons so idk.
