I love that he's aggressive but in a way of protection. He isn't overpowering her because he can or to prove something, it's to make sure she's okay and that's all he cares about. I could be wrong but I think Isao shoves his arm in front of her to ground her in reality by making her bite him, judging from how shocked she looks in that panel! PLUS it could be an unintentional show of dominance by Seina as it's her alpha genes that make her bite back in the first. It also shows that Isao recognizes that Seina's pheromones heightening is making her begin to spiral from both the head injury and pheromones, and her stubbornness is making it worse so grounding her in this way is his way of caring for her as he's always done!
