Abyssal Wretch from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes! (Patreon)

Here is the next demon from MTOF! I didn't have any artwork to work off of so I just winged it. I thought it came out pretty decent :-) . You could also substitute it for an alternate Ghoul if you wish.
