Monster Manual Revisited: Green Hag! (Patreon)

Here is the Green Hag, retouched to look a little more up to par with my most recent works. She should print fine as is given the bottom bits of her clothing should look haggard, but I still recommend printing her on her back with supports and a roof. Resin tilt her back about 30 degrees.
