Warning: Avoid iOS for Patreon Payments! (Patreon)

Hello everyone, thank you for supporting my Patreon so far!

I wanted to share some frustrating news. Apple is forcing Patreon to use their in-app purchasing system, which means starting in November 2024, any new memberships purchased through the iOS app will be hit with a 30% App Store fee. This is beyond disappointing, and it feels like yet another way for Apple to squeeze creators and their supporters.

If you're already a patron, your current memberships won’t be affected, but I highly recommend avoiding any new or renewed payments through the iPhone or iPad apps. Instead, please consider managing your membership directly on the Patreon website or using an Android device to bypass these fees entirely.
